Buddhist Psychology

This class focuses on those teachings of Buddhist Psychology that give the individual the power to be consistently happy and aid in dealing with day to day problems and stresses in a practical way. Creating meaning and purpose, overcoming suffering, uncovering true happiness and cultivating inner tranquillity.

The class incorporates an advanced form of Mind Yoga that permits the individual the possibility to develop great strength and mental powers. It presents a method for cutting through to what is true, what is truth.

If practiced skillfully, these teachings will improve one’s happiness in life, showing ways to make that happiness stronger and more consistent. Being happy and at peace in oneself and in life, is the aim of the Parayana Mind Yoga path.
