Fees Drop-In / $20 We accept cash or cheque payment (payable to your practitioner). Guidelines Please remove your shoes and silence your cell phones upon entering the studio and healing rooms. The yoga room is an enhanced space for healing practise. Please enter it with respect for others who are there early for quiet time. Plan to arrive a few minutes early, entering the studio late disrupts the nervous system flow for practitioners. The centre is safe healing space for letting-go. Do not enter or leave the studio space when the class is in meditation, prayer, or final relaxation. Come to practise clean and scent free. Practise on an empty stomach. Its recommended to not eat 2 hours prior to practise. If you are required to eat for medical reasons then choose easily digested food 1 hour prior to class. No food or beverage (except bottled water) in the studio. Yoga aims to generate internal heat, constant sipping cools the body. Come to class well-hydrated and post practise drink lots of pure water. Acquire and use your own yoga mat. Having your own mat is more hygienic and helps you practise in your own living space. Communicate openly with your instructor re. joys and concerns. Please advise your instructor of any pre-existing injury or special condition prior to class. Let-go of the minds attachment to goals. As growing yogin/yoginis it is excellent to reflect internally. Practise this from the beginning. Lower your voice to respect meditation practise in the space. |
