Therapeutic yoga

Hatha Flow

Movement & stillness practices co-ordinated with the breath for core strengthening & deep nervous system relaxation. (All Levels)

Restorative Flow

Yin-Based held postures (3-5 minutes) & combined meditation for releasing & healing joints (incorporates props) with pranayama breath. (All Levels)

Power Flow
Advanced yoga class that co-ordinates internal mind & external body strength practices for healing. (Level 2)

Sangha Yoga

Open-practise studio for yoga students (recommended donation $5).
