Equine Guided Healing
A series of holistic horse workshops designed to inspire change in urban community. Co-created in partnership with East West Yoga & Healing Centre & Thistle Equestrian Stables.
The Nature Of Equus
The horses spiritual (higher energetic) nature provides an egoless mirror that resonates with the vibration of their surroundings. Likened to radar, this wild prey instinct of the horse (an integration of the natural five senses) becomes perception that may be harnessed in the individual to create an awareness of body (homeostasis) and mind (inner state). Designed for healing, Equus experiences guide the individual into-the-moment to connect with feeling states and authentic self.
Equus workshops are co-created to inspire:
No previous horse experience is required. All work is unmounted and the level of horse contact may be chosen by the individual. An initial Medico-Spiritual consultation is required to introduce the nature of holistic horse-work and determine its appropriacy for your needs. To book this session please email louise@eastwestyoga.net or call reception at (778) 737 - 9297. In this session, your history and horsemanship goals will be reviewed to allow us to integrate mind, body, spirit requirements and compose an ideal learning & healing experience for you and horse.
